Using all caps may not always signify screaming, but it IS always annoying to try and read.

There are a myriad of POSITIVE responses JUST AS possible as annoyance . . . by choice.
The caps do not assault anyone’s eyes.
The caps do not assault anyone’s ears.
The caps are merely symbols on a screen.
The ANNOYANCE is imputed to them by THE READER.
