Very true. A better debate might be to choose between Chuck, Sammo Hung and Jackie Chan who were at least contemporaries. My opinion is that Chan is more a theatrical whereas the other were more dedicated martial artists.
Hung is from the same Peking opera tradition as Chan and Jet Li.
