1. Romans 11:25
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

1. Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. Romans 11:24-26 (in Context) Romans 11 (Whole Chapter)

Romans 11 is not a chapter unto itself. What Paul is teaching was already foretold by the holy prophets, and the first Paul quotes in this book to the Romans and to us this day is Habakkuk 2:4 ..Now verse 2-3 of chapter 2 says And the LORD answered me, and said, "Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. (V 3) For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: (there is that warning of Christ's deception) though it tarry, WAIT for it: because it will surely come, it will not tarry."

Now what Paul quoted.. (V 4) Behold, his *soul* which is NOT upright in him:

but the *just* shall live by his faith.

There is more in Habakkuk and Paul by quoting it make it one and the same as what most Christians call the New.

Now back to Romans Paul says in Romans 2:9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every *soul* of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, (Now when one checks out what the word Jew means it includes the whole house of Israel, NOT LAND) and also to the Gentile:

V 11 For there is NO respect of persons with God.

Romans 2:24 "For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you," as it is written. Written where? Ezekiel 36:20 And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned My holy name, when they said to them, 'These are the People of the LORD, and are gone forth out of His land,'

V21 But I had pity for Mine holy name,

which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.

V23 And I will sanctify My great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the Heathen shall know that I AM the LORD,' saith the LORD GOD, which I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.

Back to Romans...2:25 For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.....26..27..28..29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the HEART, in the *SPIRIT* and not in the letter: whose praise is NOT of MEN but of God.

Chapter 3 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?

V2 Much every: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

V3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief made the faith of God without effect?

V4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, "That Thou mightest be *justified* in Thy sayings, and mightest overcome then Thou art judged." Here Paul is quoting King David also a holy prophet who penned this in Psalms 51:4, so now the Psalms have been made part of the NEW. King David a Christian, imagine that!!!!!!!

Throughout this book of Romans, Paul makes that OLD one and the same as Christianity, and in the beginning of this chapter 11 Paul tells us that he is of the TRIBE of Benjamin, so that would made him a Benjamin, the youngest child of Jacob. Benjamin historically was part of the TRIBE of Judah and that House of Judah that was sent into captivity to that king of Babylon after the House of Israel, also called the Northern Kingdom, lived in the land called Samaria, and Christ called them the LOST SHEEP of the House of Israel.

Romans 11:7 What then? Israel (Not talking about land but PEOPLE) hath not obtained that which he seeketh for: but the *ELECTION* hath obtained it,

and the rest were blinded. These words were first penned by another holy prophet Moses way back in Deuteronomy 29:4 Yet the LORD hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto THIS DAY. So now Deuteronomy is made one and the same at that NEW!!!!!

The very next verse Romans 11:8 (According as it is written, "God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear";) *UNTO THIS DAY*

Welllllll just hmmmmmm, Israel all but that remnant (NOT LAND but people) were blinded, now what is it that they are blind TO????? Key to understanding what Paul is saying in the prior chapters then the rest of Romans.

The old testament predicts when the Jews will come to Christianity at the time of the (2nd) coming of the Messiah:

Zechariah 12:10 (Whole Chapter) And I will pour upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and of supplication; and they shall look upon Me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for Him as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for Him as one who is in bitterness for his firstborn.
