We didn’t retaliate because it was friendly fire. Certainly we will not retaliate 40 years later.

Answer the question....WHY didn't we (past tense here) retaliate when this attack happened and why did Johnson order our commanders to stand down when they and are pilots wanted to defend the men on the Liberty?..........I'm waiting.....
