OK, this is in Canada, and I freely admit that I don’t know much about Canadian law.
In the US, though, the line between ‘opinion’ and libel / slander is pretty wide. Where’s the line in Canada?
The ability to speak freely in Canada is constantly under attack.

Richard Warman is a public joke. Maybe he will never get the joke. But I hope his solicitors read this thread, realize that their client is a pathetic loser, and drop him like a hot rock.
I say that as a "barrister and solicitor" for forty years, who has occasionally dropped clients who were self-desctructive and just plain embarrassing to be around.

I deleted behind the 8 ball because he was trolling, but I will address his question.
I couldn't disagree more with the white nationalist point of view, but I am also disgusted by people who would use the government and the courts to try to shut down everyone they disagree with.
Marc Lemire has been fighting Richard Warman's complaint with the CHRC and he has been winning because Warman has been caught doing things like posting on white nationalist sites under fake ids. (Thus the links to the white nationalist sites in my post).
The information that Marc Lemire has provided us is verified court evidence that shows what Warman has done in the past. I am not going to refuse to take it because it was given to me by Marc Lemire.
This Warman character is a trolling, stalking, bullying, malicious jackal.
I had the chance to read the F.D. thread. This is another one of these sorry lazy miserable good for nothing preening gasbags who clearly is showing himself to be a very poor sport when it comes to people commenting on and questioning his actions.
If he doens't like what is being said about him why is he choosing to do these things that are resulting in these responses anyway? It seems to me he is just another one of these hotheaded preening gasbags who's simply looking for something to be offended by and trying to shut it down.
What's so upsetting about this is he has ways of influencing the judges up there and getting decisions in his favor. Not only do we really need to pay very close attention to this but also we need to be very careful about the 2008 elections becuase if the wrong people end up in power FR could very well meet the same fate.
This is what happens when you let the mob rule crowd run the country. I hope everybody's taking notes about what's happening up there so we don't let it happen here.

He is indeed attempting to use the power of government to shut up people. That is the quintessential definition of a censor.

| Update: Richard Warman is continuing his campaign of harrassment and attempted intimidation of Free Dominion. We were served another set of papers from the Censorship Czar moments ago. As in the first set, Warman is threating to sue unless his demands are met. Connie is retyping it all now and it will appear in a new thread shortly. |
