No, actually Southwest is entitled to refuse service to whoever they want for whatever reason other than discrimination based on race, creed, etc. The Southwest employee was almost certainly acting in response to a complaint or complaints. Even if he was acting on his own initiative, I think the young woman, aka skank, deserved it. It’s about time someone started drawing some lines, because I’m probably not the only one who is getting tired of these jerks who push the limits (asking the woman to cover her crotch isn’t the same as forcing her to wear a burka, btw). I shouldn’t have to explain this to you, but this isn’t just about one person’s “rights.” It’s about having respect for fellow citizens in the public arena. How she dresses at home is a different manner, but when she’s in public, she needs to dress appropriately. I hope you realize an airplane isn’t a Hooters restaurant! And the mom? Unbelievable!
