It was corruption that hurt us the most, not the war.

You're right, I'm wrong. The Iraq war is super popular. Let's hope the republican candidate makes the entire campaign about Iraq, it will be a republican landslide!

Corruption was the main issue. Exit polls taken after 2006 said as much. Iraq wasn’t even in the top 3.

And no matter how unpopular the war is, the alternative of surrender is much, much more unpopular. Dems and Ron Paul’s strategy of retreat and defeat will fail because, like Huckabee said, we have a moral obligation to stay, and we are satisfying that obligation by empowering the local tribal governments, training iraqi police, and cuting off the tumor of Al-Qeada.
