There's nothing in there about Social Security either, but Ron Paul would not dismantle it on Day One. Leviathan didn't get to be this size overnight and it will take a while to starve it down to a size that would make it Constitutional again.

I don't believe there is any other candidate that has promised to cut or even reduce ONE government program.
