Forget foreign language encroaching into business and multi-lingual teaching (for those who’s first language is not English). The BIGGER problem is foreign language balloting as the PRECISE language on a ballot can sway a vote to NO or YES on a ballot initiative or state constitutional amendment.
Ballot language is PRECISE. Translations are not.
For ballot measures (not for things such as the presidency, senators, congressmen, etc.) would permit letting naturalized citizens use their native languages to vote; the translations should be very accurate, though, and vetted by both sides.
