I have an idea. Let’s offer United States citizenship to all slaves and their descendants who were either brought here or born here. That should be reparations enough.
Oh, and let’s free the slaves and make slavery illegal too.

Good idea. Here’s another one.
With DNA testing we should be able to tell which tribe a person originally was from.
We then compare the socio-economic status of the current tribal people,and their diasopora counterparts.
If the displaced are better off, they owe us reparations.
If they are equal, it’s a “push”.
If the Africans are better off, we use the money paid to us
by the first group to send the “unfortunates” back to their home tribe.
