Doughnuts are a phenomenon. If this is true, why are so many Krispy Kreme stores closing up shop?? Dunkin Donuts has been around so long, only something devastating will kill this company. KK was, in my humble opinion, a flash in the pan. KK will probably all, if not near to it, totally close their doors in the next ten years. Personally, I’d rather have a Dunkin Donut donut. Coffee is not that great but the donuts are great.
