President Bush screwed up the design of this bridge. What did design have to do with it? That Gusset plate went when the cruise missile hit!

That Gusset plate went when the cruise missile hit! I'll know that to be true when I can travel 35W instead of 280 and see a sign showing a cruise missile in a red circle with a line through it just before crossing the bridge.
