Mitt Romney:

"If you want to get something done in Washington you don't end up picking teams, with Republicans on one side, and Democrats on the other... I don't like winners and losers in Washington. I'd rather say 'Let's get together and work together.'"

Now THAT’s funny! I sense delusion, desperation and some other “d” word. Anyone?

Dirtboy how self serving I remember you well who you foolin...

Self-serving? Perish the notion that a politician will tell us what we want to hear to get our vote.

who you foolin...

It's foolin' to look at a man's record and not what he's saying now that he is running for a new office? Seems to me the only one getting fooled is you by Romney. Willfully at that.

I don’t care how many times he changed opinions.

Well, I guess that makes you just about the ideal Romney supporter then! Congrats!

"I don’t care how many times he changed opinions.

He's been moving steadily right. As Laura Ingraham said today, 'I don't mind evolving, as long as it's in the right direction.'

Reid is pro-life and pro-gun too

To whatever extent that is true, he was those things long before Romney was pretending to be. What's that say about your guy?

There is no way, no why, and no how that Romney can win the White House.

In today’s media, a poll from April 18, 2007, is ancient history.

He's been moving steadily right...evolving...

Well, that monkey still has a tail. Mitt continues to supports the assault weapons ban, the U.S. Department of Education, and the destruction of human embryos for experimentation.

"and would be easy for any Democrat to defeat."

Actually, the truth is the exact reverse. Mitt Romney's the one Republican currently in the race who can defeat ANY Democrat.

So, you think Romney has overcome the highest negatives of any presidential candidate in either party in the last month? LOL...

Laura was talking about Republican candidates, NOT Hillary.

Nice try.

In a Democrat primary, maybe. Of course, he'd have to evolve back real quick. With his skills, it shouldn't be hard.

Yet the polls show that even Democrats with high negatives such as Clinton, Obama, and Edwards would defeat Romney.

Republicans must do better.

I have been thinking hard about which guys would be my candidate. Today, Mitt came out very negatively on this abomination of an immigration bill. I called his office and donated $500 on the spot. Some of the second tier guys were interesting, but they aren’t going to make it. All candidates are package deals. One must use a variety of factors to come up with the candidate most worthy of your support and vote. We should keep pushing all these guys to the right.

Well, it’s your money. But, in my opinion, you just gave it to the most crassly opportunistic and deceitful liberal politician in America today.
