This is a perfect example of why liberals want hate crime laws for even disagreeing with homosexuality. Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't the Supreme Court strike down any hate crime laws as being unconstitutional?

Not necessarily. Libs still hold a one vote majority on the SC.
