Oh gosh, I don’t think of him as such a thing! He has conservative views on certain subjects, and very liberal on much everything else. BUT, if chances are 50/50 we can get a quality conservative justice appointed to the court I am willing to put up with Rudy for 4 years rather than the alternative of having more liberals sent to the bench under Hillary or Obama.

I didn’t realize Rudy had a history of appointing conservative justices. How many did he appoint when he was mayor?

Dear AZR; here is where you have missed something very important to our Republican form of government.

The fate and the morals of our nation should not hinge on who is sitting on the Bench.

If we had a Congress with some "sack" as one writer put it, they would make sure that the Supreme Court was not trying to legislate from the Bench.

As it is, our linguinie-spined Congress has not, and apparently will not do the job they were sent to Washington to do.

It is with your own Congressman you need to reconcile your values.
