She's looks O.K. to me- keep in mind that she may be going through a growth spurt. She is no doubt affected by this case. Baldwin clearly crossed a boundary in his call to her. However, calls to revoke his parental rights based on a phone message seem premature and would set a terrible precedent, IMO. I do think that a break in visitation, followed by a gradual restoration under the condition of his successful completion of anger management therapy and no more incidents is appropriate.
BTW, I don't believe that Kim has been a saint in all this. Releasing the tapes to the public in clear violation of a court order is inappropriate, IMO.

I agree!!! My thoughts are these things stay with children and mold them. These are curses he has placed upon his daughter (if you look at it spiritually, as a Christian). The Bible says God created by His word... and I believe we do as well. He created something in his daughter that he’ll pay for in years to come.

Inappropriate is for wardrobe malfunctions.
I think Kim Basinger showed good maternal instincts. It is a shame she did not have the same good instincts when she married that bully.
