I went down to St Maarten way back before you could get a direct flight from Boston. We got on at JFK and Keith was sitting in 1st Class a few rows from the bulkhead. During the then four hour trip he drank: 1 bottle of wine, 3 Jack and Cokes, 3 Gin and Tonics and several Heineken beers. When you get off at Juliana Airport you all walk down the same stairs and go through the same Customs. So I said to Keith, “I thought you quit drinking?” He replied, “You call that drinking?”
