As I think about this I can see my B-I-L doing something like this. I can also see me smiling across from him during Thanksgiving dinner with the carving knife in my hand...

Not necessarily. Many crooked lawyer scams like this one involve one family member suing another. It is the insurance company (read me and you and other consumers) who actually pay.

Not necessarily. Many crooked lawyer scams like this one involve one family member suing another. It is the insurance company (read me and you and other consumers) who actually pay.
