I cracked my pimp in the head back in November ;)
OK, who's got the picture of super-hero Captain Obvious?
Now I know why you are a Rudy basher -- you are one of those third party voters who gave us 8 years of Bill Clinton, put the Dems in power in 2006 and want to give us 8 years of Hillary.
EXCELLENT ARTICLE!
THANKS!
btw--
I was born in Lancaster, PA!!
You would prefer a liberal socialist or perhaps a RINO.
Have at it. Rudy will love you for your vote.
If you want to make people angry, lie to them.
If you want to make them absolutely livid, then tell 'em the truth.
Ron Paul will get my vote in the Republican primary unless Fred Thompson decides to run. If it's Guiliani or McCain as the nominee on the Republican side, then the Constitution Party may very well get my vote.
see latest tagline (few days now)
That would be "a 750 ml of whiskey". I haven't seen a fifth in 25 or more years.
:^)
Yeah, Bush 41 was completely the reason Perot got in the race in the first place, Bush 41 basically threw in the towel and handed the job to Clinton. (Hope to learn why, someday.) And giving the nomination to Dole was the same as handing the second four years to Clinton on a platter.
There are no Republican candidates that can stand the scrutiny that todays' elections call for - but - then, neither can any Demos either!
I am currently checking on Mitch McConnell's background who is a Conservative - Anti-Affirmative Action - Anti-Gay Marriage - Pro School Vouchers - Pro- gun - Pro-Capital Punishment - Pro-Life - Pro-Missile Defense - Pro-Smaller Government - Pro-Social Security Privatization - Married - Baptist.
But his first marriage and relationship to his daughters has been questioned. His current wife is Elaine Chao - the Secretary of Labor - who is herself very articulate!
Does anyone know anything else about him?
I also know that many have commented on his ability to raise money for the party. But, again, his associations with certain special interest groups have suspect - but then - by whom?
McConnell's stances on issues are right - but - knowing the dirt that has been done during elections - I don't know if he would be the right candidate for '08 elections as a viable candidate because of his background!
The GOP just needs to move to the left. That will win back those 82%.
My friend where were you in December when I wrote about conservative useful idiots who voted Democrat or stayed home? I had dozens of freepers attacking me saying you didn't exist. I could have used you then, but please don't stop posting. America needs you to keep reminding us of "the lesson we were taught in 1992 and 1996 and 2006". We didn't see the predicted rush back to conservatism in the 90s but with your help maybe we can see it this time.
This is the only resaon necessary to earn my vote.
Congratulations! You have arrived at step #1.
Step #2 is to turn off your television, your radio, and cancel your newspapers and any so-called "news"magazines.
Now, you must read, and I do not refer to your local "news"paper.
