A man like Keyes should not be idolized as a saviour, that's all. His ego is the only thing bigger than his delusions of grandeur.

Unlike yourself, I know him. And I know him as a very humble man, in spite of the fact that he has more brainpower than any five RINOs put together.

"And I know him as a very humble man,"

...which quality Keyes is able to hide in public with AMAZING alacrity!

Put down the Rev. Jim Jones Kool-aid , son.

'Humble' and 'Keyes' should never be used in the same sentence.

If he's got any brainpower, it was obviously discarded with his ill-advised run for senate in Illinois. I had forgotten about this silly pander: Illinois Republican Senate candidate Alan Keyes recently proposed exempting blacks – for a generation or two – from paying federal income taxes! from a Larry Elder column.

Amazing that you expect rational people to take you seriously when you claim someone like "Dr. Keyes" (scare quotes intended) is an example of a successful politician, and that you personally know him and can vouch for his "humility" and "brainpower"

FWIW I can't say that I met him, but I did shake his hand @ a local Illinois Republican meeting; and his demeanor like his handshake was just short of off-putting. That year I voted straight pubbie, so speaking as a former voter: No Thanks to "Dr. Keyes."
