I love Paula Dean and have downloaded a lot of her recipes...her cheese biscuits and fried chicken are great!.....btw she loves to cook with butter, so she is A-1 in my book...lol
And everything has "miyanize" [mayonaise] in it!
Our daughter is getting married in Savannah soon.
The rehearsal dinner will be at Paula Deens. Her restaurant has a private dining room and we can hardly wait.
I love Paula too. She truly enjoys what she's doing and she likes to eat.
Frankly, my favorite is Ina, The Barefoot Contessa. Not only are her recipes doable but her show is just so pretty and I love Jeffrey.
You love butter? Then you should love the Barefoot Contessa, most everything she makes takes a pound of butter. You want good recipes get Cuisine at home and Fine Cooking magazines, they are great.
