OOOOOOOOOOO I am sorry. Go back to your fight and I will be quiet

It sounds like it could have been the ferret. However that doesn't change the fact that many people, children in particular, have been mauled by pit bulls.

And I say that as a person who once rescued a pit mix from being put down at a shelter.

I am not a pit bull person. I don't hate them as much as many people do having worked for vets and at a shelter. I blame the owners for in breeding and not having the sense it takes to own a dog like a pit. When you own any dog you have the responsibility to make sure your dog is not loose, does not harm other people or animals. Too many people go for a breed that they should never own. I would not leave any small child alone with any dog. I would never have an infant around a dog without me being right there either. Dogs can get very jealous of babies. I really don't think the pit puppy bit the toes I have always blamed the ferret. I am glad you took a shelter dog, I wish more people would. Have a great day. ~~Pandora~~
