I am listening to the John Gibson radio show right now.
He has on Griff Jenkins, who used to work with Tony Snow on Tony's radio show.
Griff just got back from being embedded in Iraq for Fox News...and he says the troops are ALL wanting to finish the job to victory.
BUT, he did say that he was really disappointed in Pres. Bush's presser today, because Pres. Bush looked and sounded "depressed" to him...and that Pres. Bush needed to be more "positive" sounding and acting.
He said he called Tony and told him that, which I take as good news...because Griff is trying to HELP Pres. Bush get his message out.
I hope and think that President Bush will have a wonderful Christmas and time to rest and relax a little with his family. I cannot imagine how hard it must be to put up with the WH press corps.
I do agree with that.
