Here in Texas the grocery stores have antiseptic cloths next to the grocery carts for us to wipe the handle off with...

I am always surprised how many people use them...

That is such an excellent idea. He told me to take wipes with me...lol. I will either do that or wear gloves. Have not yet decided. If I wear the surgical mask, I hope nobody will think I'm there to rob the store. :)

Thanks for the reminder. UP here in Western NY our Wegman's grocery store also has them. I better remind my son who has very little protection against germs because of years of cancer treatments.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I understand that the antiseptic gels that are in the pump bottles and I assume the wipes are really only good UNTIL you touch something else. I hear there's no "hold over" period. As I said I'm not sure if this is really the case, and would love to know if anyone has heard that also. If so hardly seems worth the effort to even use them.

we have that too in a couple of grocery stores, but not the walmarts or targets, etc.
