Rummy wouldn't resign without the nod from Bush.

This is a bad mistake, and a bad indicator for things to come over the next two years from the Bush Admin.

I won't be able to look at Pelosi's smug face for the next year. This is horrible, I'm really sick. Our poor soldiers, what must they be feeling right now?

Because last week, the electorate had not spoken. Boortz was talking about the election results being a "well-deserved kick" and perhaps SecDef Rumsfeld did not like being the kickee. I'm sorry he will not stay on to fight the fight that sadly is needed over the next two years. Maybe the thinking is that the confirmation process will delay the gutting of the military agenda that the RATs are warming up in the green room. We have no right asking Rummy to endure that. Thanks Boortz and the Cut and Run Republicans.

I sure guess we showed those republicans! /drippingsarc
