Greg Kelly on Fox: Democratic strategists are convinced Kerry must have mispoken. I think it was this, but I also think it was a Freudian Slip. Kerry is a total geek, and this, to him, was a joke. He'll come out and say something self deprecating, like "I was never one to be able to tell a good joke, and believe me, I screwed up this one. I'm sorry the joke came out sounding like I was insulting our Troops, no one loves them more than I, they are the best and brightest we have ever had. What I intended to do was point out how badly Bush led us into the Iraq Quagmire..."

Either that or he still thinks that there's a draft and that college students will get a deferment while those who aren't will end up in the draft...in Iraq. Either way shows his mentality.
