Would he have been suspended? Or merely reprimanded?

How am I supposed to know? However, if you really go back and read this article, it seems the teacher really went out of his way to get this thing shown. It sounds like he duped the administration, because they said they knew about it, but not how graphic it was going to be. Sounds like he proposed one thing, but did something completely different. Maybe that's why he was suspended? Like everything, we don't know all the facts in this case.

If he duped the administration - he will be on their "list" - and will suffer for it.
If he has tenure...it will be difficult for them to get rid of him.
A teacher practically has to commit a crime in order to get fired...but that's a topic for another thread.
