I wonder how this is going over at DU? I am curious but way too sickened to even look.
At first dismay, followed by resignation of defeat. Then a VERY interesting twist: they are now claiming that the nastiest quote, the one about the man-boy 69, is simply a greeting of the Vietnamese people in question, and that there is no sexual meaning!! In, short it's like patting a little boy on the head to say "hello." (You cannot make this stuff up.) Just as Rats will seek any means of escape from a sinking ship, they all seem to be accepting this explanation, or "debunking" as they call it. No one yet has questioned this ridiculous explanation. I can't wait to hear Webb or his spokesmouths try to explain this away.
