It's just a headline. Call me curious but for her to mention this means that the internals aren't showing good results for "Impeachment Talk". I guess she is trying to reassure us dumb folk

She's just lying. If it means even one stupid Republican won't vote, her lying wis worth it.
On the off chance, she really is smart enough not to do it, she should remember how futile Republicans looked trying impeach a lame duck president in his last years in office.
Besides, "high crimes and misdemeanors" is going to be impossible to meet without some sign of personal and willful malpractice.
