Yep, the SCOTUS finally did something right.
Also, credit must be given to the Arizona Attorney General for acting fast on behalf of the State of Arizona to have this method used in the 2006 election.

This ruling, although not totally resolved, will put the clamps on dead and/or illegal aliens voting. Because most illegal aliens vote democrat, this is a definite win, win for the Republican party, and America. Watch for most, if not all other states to adopt this ruling into their voting laws.

I sure hope you're right. I tend to be more cynical. I believe I've read that illegals can pay @$20 for a phoney birthcertificate and social security number, which many get when they arrive just so they can work. As long as they have those, I imagine the next step is a drivers license/photo id.
