If you want a rib stitch, you can knit 1, purl one....
On my old car, I had a vanity plate that said, k1p1yo, which is knitting for knit one, purl 1, yarn over(which is a way to make a lacy spot). I knew who were knitters if they didn't ask me why my plates said ki-pi-yo!
If I get another vanity plate, I'd want it to say nitsox or something like that...
