Yes, I remember. The kid's name was Bishop, a name that had been shortened from a more ME sounding one. That was sad and got little MSM attention after he was id'ed.

As I pointed out, it was because there really was no interesting story behind the Bishara-Bishop name change - the kid was 1/4th Arab and 3/4ths Italian, the paternal Grandfather was an Arab immigrant to New England in the early part of the 20th century when virtually all such immigrants were Christian, neither the kid or the family were Muslim or likely even had any idea how to speak Arabic.
Yes the liberals were just hoping that it was terrorism, but it didn't work for them. Now we know it was a Yankee pitcher and he was flying the plane. That stinks. :( I wonder what happened.
