Pre emptive strike against the swift boaters. Kerry should just forget about it. He's seriously outmatched, and out-facted.

I picked up on that also. I'd bet that Maher and Hannity would flunk this simple grammar test.

Can't wait for the primaries. The hildabeast is going to kick this little frenchie's ass. Not by honest campaigning, but by subverting him from within the party. He's going to go down so hard he might even end up asking the swift vets for help. As for the beast herself, it's going to be Pyrrhic victory. She's going to go down hard herself, in the general.

Maher: Um, you famously said about Vietnam I think in 1971, How do you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake? Is there any reason that line doesnt work now even more so for Iraq? Kerry: I think its, uh, I think its even much more poignant today than Vietnam.
Well then hey there, Mr. Flip Flop Man, why not
carry these words to their logical conclusion?
Why not call for all US troops out of Iraq now?
Why not call for a negotiated surrender/retreat now? To prevent that last man from dying?
What's the matter, Flip Flop Man? No stomach for logical consistency?

Actually, Bush served honorably and asked to go to Vietnam. Kerry tried to get a draft deferment, asked for easy duty, and abandoned his teammates when the duty changed. The Swifties were right....by the way, has any one seen that form 180 yet? Exactly. For all the talk of VP Cheney's five deferments, Flurch Munster had four, and only went when his fifth was denied.
And on top of that, a VERIFIED draft dodger, x42, was elected president over TWO war veterans (Bush 41 and Dole).
