I've gone through this whole thread and just say it is getting curisior and curisior.

If the guy was 18 then ABC misrepresented his legal status for a story.

And if it matters Major Garret is on Fox acting like a drama queen about Hatsert's staus.

Major Garrett is a wimp. Fox is almost UNWATCHABLE anymore.
