She may win the appeal and be removed. It doesn't matter. Bill is still a defendant, and she is going to testify. The judge made it clear in April that he would entertain no motions from Kendall to prevent her deposition. She had Kendall file with the court a totally phony declaration. The voters will soon see.

How broad a scope of a deposition is expected to be had?
It is possible with a small scope that she could fake not knowing or admitting something in the context of a narrow scope as a dodge IMO.
I hope you get wide latitude.
