I like many things about him, including his poise and clarity of speech, but I am skeptical about his support for that socialistic sounding health reform just enacted in Mass. I didn't like that plan at all.

I was just talking to a couple of small business owners, They are paying the penalty fee instead of offering health care to their workers. It is cheaper than buying the insurance.

Definitely--that's what was predicted. So the next step will be to up the penalty fee to the point where it will be more expensive than buying insurance. Then business owners will be no choice. The government will have effectly mandated that employers provide health care to their workers.

Once the camel's nose is under the tent, it's only a matter of time before the camel gets himself entirely inside the tent.
