Mexico is a criminal regime. We have no business enforcing their corrupt "laws" for them against American citizens, while they export their poverty and import and protect the rapists and murderers of Americans.
Who do you stand with? The victims of Andrew Luster, the widow and children of Detective Donald Young, or the criminal thugs who run Mexico and harbor criminals who victimize Americans? There is no middle ground.
Unfortunately the law is black and white on this. Supreme Court would uphold the treaty unanimously, short of formally declaring war on Mexico. Wanna do that?
