And note the other clock above the bottom right-pointing arrow in that same 2nd jpg that you comment on. It also has the clock hand between the numerals 1 and 2. In addition, it shows the numeral 3, with the numerals 2 and 3 being more prominent than the 1. 23 again?

Judging from the number style, these are 4 different views of the same clock and time setting. The time is shown as 9:07. Perhaps they were trying to show the clock setting as 9:11, but weren't smart enough to know how to set the time on an old analog clock.

LOL. Well we know they aren't smart because if they were they would not be so bent on murder and mayhem.

The bottom right corner clock is one I can't make out too clearly. I see the numeral 10 I believe in the top left of that clock which if correct would put the clock face itself in a different position than the other 3 clock faces.

However, I see that the 3 clock faces I can see clearly out of the 4 do indeed seem to have the hands in the same place.
