It is odd and much like a story we read about here a year or so ago. That one was in Oregon, I think.
Wasn't there one also in or around a lighthouse, possibly in Maine?
You're absolutely right...it was a Oregon case.
I guess I was thinking of the scuba divers by
a lighthouse -- possibly that was Portland, Maine.
