Israel doesn't have the MOAB, and neither do we except in a museum. It never went into production.
However napalm, which we also no longer have, or cluster bombs would have done the job well. Heck even a earlier model Merkava loaded up with canister type rounds (a modern version of a "whiff of the grape") or a flechette round, would also be quite effective.
We no longer have napalm, but the Mk 77 Mod 5 bomb that is still in service and used as recently as 2003 uses a different incendiary mix that is napalm-like in its effects (and is all but indistinguishable from the real thing). We still have a *lot* of those.
