First of all...God does not MAKE the defects that occur in nature....He simply ALLOWS all to happen because He gave us free will. He allows the defects so we may overcome the resulting abnormal behaviors. You know, learn a lesson.
It's amazing to me how the tolerant group uses God when it suits their point but then discards His words [about same sex is a sin] when it doesn't suit their argument.
Those aren't GODS words...those are the words of men, corrupted over time.
God's words are in the universe around you. Observe it. Live it. Love it.
Stop placing so much power in a book written by men, for men.
