What sort of price do you pay then for Irish cheese? In Britain from memory I think it is one of the cheapest - Canandian being the dearest. I suppose most of the cost is in the importing of it the same as with the Irish in the States.

The Irish cheeses are generally about nine dollars a pound. Americans refused to change to the metric system. It is funny to see the price tag because it is measured in decimal points of a pound, for example: .568 lb.
