Not until Wayne County falls under the state election controls. You see, every county in Michigan is audited for voter fraud by the state except Wayne County (Detroit). They are always the last to report their results, and voter fraud is left up to the Democrat political machinery. In other words, Wayne County provides the necessary votes to keep the Dingells in office.
