I step away from this thread nights and weekends. It helps enormously.
I try to go have supper with my wife, have a glass of wine or iced tea, and realize that the worst that can happen is that we die. Which as my wife puts it "That means we go to see Jesus and don't have to do the dishes anymore".
I love that woman.
