If "Itler" (the Iranian Hitler) rejects the resolution now, can they move up the vote on the sanctions against Iran?
Well I expect they COULD. But we know they haven't the WILL.

I think that the UNSC was just blowing smoke in Iran's face with that deadline. When the deadline comes, they'll discuss seting a new "more-agreable-to Iran" deadline, again with no teeth whatsoever.
