True, but that blood alcohol level wouldn't make a man of his size drunk out of his mind. It depends what he was drinking and his tolerance for alcohol, not his size has a lot to do with it. But it could make him mean and combative. Some people it only takes one drink.. along with an EGO! ( do you know who I am?) and there can be problems.
There are alot of IF's here.

You're wrong, it certainly does not depend on what he was drinking. A blood alcohol of 0.12 is 0.12 whether it's beer or Ripple or tequila.
Some people it only takes one drink
