How much more damage is incurred by a Hezbollah rocket than an IDF artillery shell?

Do any artillery shells contain stuff like ball bearings or is it a "simple" explosive?

I think I'd rather face 10 inaccurate Katusha rockets than 10 artillery shells accurately placed. That's one of the advantages of artillery, their accuracy. As far as the destructive power, we need a military freeper to answer that question.

I think I saw on Pipeline an interview with someone (lefty in Lebanon) the the IDF was using phosphorus in their bombs which I guess causes severe burns. No mention was made of what the Hezzies were using in theirs. Remember how upset the left was because we used cluster bombs? Don't hear much anymore.
