He is a wonderful spokesperson for Israel. He's so straightforward and so positive, but you can definitely tell he's got a real spine and loves his country. Just tells it like it is, without rancor and without bitterness or hyperrhetoric (like the Muslims).
The fact that Gillerman's English is a good bit easier for Americans to understand than that of many Israelis is a positive when he goes on these shows, too. The older General who comes on Fox a lot is a very nice man, and I'm sure very well-informed, but almost totally incomprehensible to me. Today he kept talking about the Hezbollah leader Mozzarella. At least that's what it sounded like.
I think you may be talking about Ehud Barak....he sounds like he has a mouth full of marbles.
