Hmmm, a lot of questions.
I wonder if there will be any "Do you keep any firearms in the house?" "Are they secured with gun locks?" "Are they loaded?"
The first mistake will be to let the yellow vested busybodies in the front door.

I agree. The fact that folks are "chosen" is just downright creepycreepy.

(I think so, Brain, but if we give peas a chance, won't the lima beans feel left out?)

I wonder if there will be any "Do you keep any firearms in the house?" "Are they secured with gun locks?" "Are they loaded?"Oh, there WILL be. Doctors already ask that question on that survey they give you when you first go in for your first visit and periodically thereafter when you go for a physical. At least our docs do that.

Exactly.
A few years ago I got a notice that the government was doing a survey on drugs and that I was chosen to participate. When the woman showed up a few weeks later I told her that I wasn't interested. She thought that I should have been thrilled to be chosen -- like a won the PCH Sweepstakes or something. I wouldn't let her in and didn't give her a chance to even ask a question.
I got the long census too and I answered one question on that -- the number of people in the household.
