Boston Globe Cartoon: Only Court Decision Prevents W From Ordering Torture

Somebody please tell me what is funny or - more importantly - true about this cartoon.

Is this really the view of Dan Wasserman and by extension the paper he works for - the Boston Globe? Do Wasserman and the Globe really believe that, in his heart, President George W. Bush is a torture-master of medieval proportions? Do they truly think that only international agreements and court decisions stand between him and the barbarous flaying of prisoners?

Just what is the point, other than to express hatred and contempt for the sitting President of the United States?

The answer to the two questions above appears to be in the affirmative.

In any case:

The 'cartoon' is a powerful piece of enemy propaganda, considering that WE are the ones that generated it!

The real question is:

Whose side is Wasserman on anyway?

With friends like Wasserman; who needs enemies?

I just wish some of these pansy @ssed libs could be captured by terrorists so they'd quit whining and defending them.

Actually far-leftists and libs think about Bush what they think about all conservatives: we are barely human ogres who enjoy killing for killings sake. They think this about people, fellow Americans, who they've known and worked with their entire lives. I have close friends who routinely say things like that to me even when then know I am now a Republican.
